Why we stay in the bay
Urethane wants clean metal and a temperature range. Dust, rain, and a door slammed in a gust wreck a bead. ADAS targets need a level floor and distance. Resin fills need a dry pit and a UV cure we control. That is shop work. We would rather say no to mobile than hide a leak in a claim later.

What to do instead of a van visit
If the car is not drivable, tow it. If the window is down, tape a board as a weather stop and drive slow. If you are comparing shops that advertise driveway service, that is their model. Ours is the bay on Pecan. Veteran-owned. Same crew on fleet and retail.

Drop-off, keys, and waiting
You can wait in the lobby on many chip fills. Replaces take longer. Bring a charger and the extra key if you have one. If a lender holds a key, say so. We need to lock the car when it sits. Pets stay with you, not in a hot cab in our lot.
Rideshares and farm trucks get the same rule: the glass comes off in the bay. If you cannot leave the vehicle, pick a time when you can sit. We will not send a tech to a field. That is the whole policy in one line.
Google still shows vans for other companies. That is them. Our listing is Suite P. If a stranger offers mobile glass in our name, it is not us.
Dropping the car at Suite P
