Lifetime windshield warranty on our work
We stand by our work with a national lifetime windshield warranty for as long as you own the vehicle, on the terms below. Ask us to review those terms on your invoice before you leave the shop.
Repairs
Our technicians evaluate the break for whether it can be repaired. If it is repairable, the repair is warranted for as long as you own the vehicle. Should the break continue to spread during or after the repair, we will credit the cost of your repair towards a windshield replacement performed by Fix-A-Crack or a Fix-A-Crack approved provider in the United States.
Replacements
Our windshield replacements are warranted against workmanship, leaks and defects for as long as you own the vehicle provided that you notify us of such defects within 30 days of installation. That lifetime windshield warranty language is the same terms already published on our ClearPlex page and contact page.
What this warranty is not
This is not a free road-hazard replacement plan. A new rock chip or crack from normal road hazards after a successful job is a new repair or replacement quote — or an insurance claim when your policy applies. We do not sell a free 12-month replace-the-glass-again package, wiper bundles, or glass coating packages. In-shop only — no home or mobile glass service.
If another rock hits later
Bring the car in for an inspection. Many pits still take chip repair. Longer breaks may need crack repair or a full windshield replacement. For coverage questions, read will insurance cover windshield replacement.
Optional film protection we install
If you want a physical layer that takes the hit before the glass, ask about ClearPlex or XPEL windshield protection film when you book. Film product warranties are separate from the workmanship terms above — see each product page for manufacturer details.

We will confirm whether the issue falls under workmanship, leaks, or defects for a replacement, or under the repair credit rule for a fill that later spreads. Bring the vehicle to the McAllen shop for inspection. Keep a copy of your invoice in the glove box. Daylight photos show pits and runners clearly. If you already spoke with your carrier, bring the claim number. Fleet and retail customers use the same phone line and the same Pecan address. South Texas heat rewards early repairs. The goal is a straight answer, then work in a controlled bay.
