How a dealer warranty job works

- We call the warranty company for approval before we start work.
- We help you with the call, so there is no confusion.
- We bill the warranty company directly.
Your warranty company decides what your contract covers. We confirm it on the call before any work starts.
Glass work we do
Chip fills, crack repair when the break still qualifies, and windshield replacement when it does not. If your vehicle has a camera on the windshield, we check whether it needs calibration after the new glass is in, and we do the calibration while your vehicle is with us. Why we work in the shop
We do not offer home or mobile glass service. Resin and urethane need a clean bay. We protect your vehicle while we work. We use seat covers, fender covers when needed, and we vacuum before you pick it up.
Hours and how to start
Mon–Fri 8:30–5:30, Sat 12–4, Sun closed. Text us your contract or claim number and a photo of the glass, and we’ll call you back, generally within an hour unless we’re with another customer. Other ways to pay: payment methods. Call 956-360-0178.
