Fleet and government glass

Rock hits on I-2, 83, and 281 add up on work trucks. We inspect chips, fill what still qualifies, and replace glass when a fill will not hold. Camera calibration after a windshield comes out is scheduled when the vehicle needs it. Windshield protection film is available in the same bay.

This is not a free 12-month glass-replacement plan. A new rock hit is a new inspection. We do not offer home or mobile glass service. Send year, make, model, unit number, and a photo. Same shop line for retail and fleet.

Drop the vehicle at Suite P. We inspect in the bay, quote from the shop line, and give a real drive-away time on replacements. Same-day depends on the part and the camera work. Bring a PO or claim number if you already have one.

Heavy equipment glass

Heavy equipment glass is handled case by case. Text a photo of the damaged glass with the machine’s make and model to 956-360-0178, and we will tell you whether we can take the job.

Municipality and school district

Fix-A-Crack is U.S. veteran-owned. Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30–5:30, Sat 12–4, Sun closed. Warranty terms after the job are on after your glass work. Use the contact form for fleet paperwork. We were the Rio Grande Valley’s first certified multi-make/model calibration provider and the second in Texas.

How the visit works

Before you drop the keys

Ask drive-away before you leave the bay. If a camera sits on the glass, say so on the call so calibration is on the ticket. Suite P on Pecan is the listing — not Suite S. Card or cash; insurance is a method when comprehensive applies, not a requirement to open a claim. Keep the receipt. A new rock is a new job.
