What causes windshield seal leaks

Repair path vs replace path
Minor trim or molding issues sometimes fix cleanly. Active water intrusion through the urethane bond usually means removing the glass, cleaning the pinch weld, and setting a new windshield with proper adhesive. That is windshield replacement done right, not a tube of driveway silicone.
