XPEL Windshield Protection Film

Fix-A-Crack installs this XPEL layer in the McAllen shop. It takes chips and road grit before they reach the glass and stays optically clear. UV protection also helps the dash last longer in South Texas sun.

What you get
The film is a physical layer over the glass. It absorbs small impacts, keeps a clear view, and blocks UV that fades the interior. Manufacturer coverage on the film is one year. That is separate from shop workmanship terms on repairs and replacements.
Ask about the XPEL care kit if you want a maintenance plan for the film. We quote by year, make, and model. Call 956-360-0178.

How the install runs
The windshield is cleaned without ammonia or alcohol cleaners that can hurt the film. The glass is heated so the film seats on curves. Small bubbles during cure are normal and usually clear as it settles. We install in the shop so edges and optics are right. We do not offer home or mobile glass service.

Cost and what it is not
Film jobs are quoted by vehicle. Many windshield film installs land in a mid-hundreds range; we confirm before we start. This is not a free 12-month replace-the-glass plan. A new rock hit after install is a new inspection.
Bring the car to 304 E Pecan Blvd, Suite P. Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30–5:30, Sat 12–4, Sun closed. Send a daylight photo if you want a first look before you drive over.
